Construction Management
Construction Management

Construction Management is the quality assurance and quality control of various tasks on a construction site. We take information and plans given to use by the general contractor and create our own terrain model to double check any construction improvements. It’s always best to have 2 sets of eyes overlooking a project. In the field, the client is notified of any areas not meeting the tolerances of the project, upon completion of the field work a report is produced and sent to the client with the values not meeting the tolerances.

Aerial LiDAR Surveys
Aerial LiDAR Surveys

Implementing Aerial Lidar Mapping allows us to get a broader field of view. The benefits of using a Aerial Lidar Mapping system are as follows:

  • Everything within its view is captured
  • Less field revisits
  • Safer
  • Accurate
  • No traffic closures
  • Faster data acquisition
Aerial Drone Inspections
Aerial Drone Inspections

Implementing Aerial Drone Inspection allows us to get a broader field of view. The benefits of using a unmanned aerial system (UAS/UAV) are as follows:

  • Everything within its view is captured
  • Less field revisits
  • Safer
  • Faster data acquisition
  • High Definition photos or video
  • No bucket lift rentals or snoopers needed
Mobile Vehicle LiDAR Surveys
Mobile Vehicle LiDAR Surveys

By applying mobile LiDAR surveying to projects it greatly improves efficiency as well as accelerates the design project schedule. If the survey site has available vehicle access this method of LiDAR acquisition may be used.

The benefits of this surveying method are as follows:

  • Safer
  • Everything within its view is captured
  • Operable in areas with No Fly Zones
  • No traffic closures
  • Faster Data Acquisition
  • Accurate
  • Less Field Revisits
3D Laser Scanning
3D Laser Scanning

Implementing a 3D laser scanning into our area of expertise allows us to gather more than enough information from each individual set up. The benefits of using a 3D Laser Scanner are as follows:

  • Everything within its view is captured
  • Less field revisits
  • Safer
  • Accurate
Topographic Surveys

Topographic Surveys are a representation of man made or natural features of one’s land. Plats of Topographic survey include contour lines, any utility on the property and underground utility measurements. Topographic surveys may be used when designing buildings, or any improvements on a property.
